Individual Therapy

Life can feel overwhelming, and sometimes, no matter how much you try to push through, the weight of anxiety, past wounds, or self-doubt keeps pulling you back. Maybe your mind feels stuck in a loop, replaying painful moments that still feel fresh. Or perhaps your relationships feel strained—like no matter how much you give, you’re left feeling unseen, unheard, or emotionally drained.

You don’t have to carry this alone. Therapy is a space to slow down, process what’s beneath the surface, and start healing at the root. Together, we’ll identify the patterns keeping you stuck, strengthen your emotional well-being, and equip you with the tools to move forward with confidence. Through a blend of faith and psychology, we’ll work to break unhealthy cycles and help you step into the wholeness, security, and connection you were made for. Healing is possible, and you are worthy of good love.

Premarital Counseling

As you prepare to step into marriage, building a strong foundation is essential. Together, we’ll dive deep into strengthening your connection, improving communication, and navigating the challenges that come with blending your lives– especially if you've seen negative cycles in your families that you want to break.

We’ll use a combination of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts), and biblical wisdom to explore what matters most– such as conflict resolution, emotional intimacy, and establishing new cycles. Our goal is for you to step into marriage rooted in mutual respect, emotional safety, and good love, ensuring a lasting, fulfilling relationship built to last.

Couples Therapy

It may be difficult to stay emotionally connected and safe with the one you love. Maybe intimacy feels overwhelming or you find yourself pulling away when things get too close. Perhaps it feels like you’ve tried everything, but rebuilding the connection you once shared feels impossible. These patterns often stem from past experiences or trauma, where the need to protect yourself has shaped how you relate to others. But these patterns don’t have to continue defining your relationship.

Through using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the gold standard for couples work, we’ll explore the root causes of your struggles, help you heal past wounds, and break unhealthy cycles that have been affecting your relationship. You were made for a secure, loving connection, and I believe that good love—healing, whole, and secure—is possible for you.

Together, we’ll work to break free from the cycles keeping you stuck and move toward healing and wholeness.
