Hi, I’m Paulina!
I’m truly so glad you’re here! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFT-A), supervised by Nadine Greer, LMFT-S, based in Texas. I specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and my passion is integrating faith and psychology to help my clients experience healing, freedom and deep connection.
My passion for healthy relationships comes from my own family’s story. Through experiencing the pain and confusion of my parents’ divorce, and the healing that followed when they remarried each other a few years later, I learned early on that love is only the beginning. It takes intentionality, healing, and tools to build lasting connection. My abuela always reminded me that one day I would experience “amor del bueno,” a love that is deep, secure, and worth pursuing, with ourselves, with others, and with God. That is the kind of love I am passionate about helping others experience.
This led me to found The Good Love Co., a space for healing, growth, and establishing healthy cycles. Besides being a therapist, I am also a wife and I enjoy cooking delicious Dominican meals, reading historical fiction, and traveling to new places.
And yes, I am bilingual. Sessions are offered in both English and Spanish.
Hi, I’m Josh!
I’m glad you’re here. I wear a few different hats, but at the center of it all is my passion for helping people grow in their relationships, faith, and calling. I’m a relationship coach and co-host of The Good Love Podcast. I’m SYMBIS certified, trained in Mediator relationship tools for couples in crisis, and I’ve spent more than six years serving as a pastor in the local church.
I also serve as a creative director for my dad’s ministry and for The Good Love Co., where I work alongside my wife, Paulina. Together, we create resources, conversations, and coaching that help couples and individuals experience the kind of love and connection God designed them for.
My background spans both corporate and nonprofit work, and I am passionate about helping churches and Christian organizations run with clarity and excellence. I especially love discipling young men, helping them discover their identity in Christ, grow into strong husbands, and step into the destinies God has for them. Preaching, teaching, and building up the body of Christ is one of my greatest joys.
Outside of ministry and coaching, I enjoy fitness and traveling with Paulina, and finding new ways to learn and grow. My faith shapes everything I do, and my heart is to help people walk in freedom, purpose, and good love.
